No question is too silly or small to ask. Sales Policy:      If you are paying with a check, we require two weeks before you pick up the chinchilla for the check to clear. We prefer cash at time of delivery to avoid any problems.      We will hold a chinchilla with a non-refundable deposit. This amount is typically $50 to $75; depending on the price of the chinchilla. We have also taken payment plans for a chinchilla or chinchillas that are desired with the payment amount to be worked out between the buyer and myself.
